摘要 通过甲醛合成实验考察了粗甲醇中Fe2+、S2-杂质对催化氧化生产甲醛催化剂活性的影响。实验证明,Fe2+、S2-杂质含量低时电解银催化剂和铁钼催化剂活性影响不大,Fe2+含量超过1.3×10-2g/L、S2-含量超过1.7×10-2g/L时电解银催化剂和铁钼催化剂活性才有较大影响,Fe2+、S2-杂质对电解银催化剂活性影响大而对铁钼催化剂活性影响小,Fe2+、S2-杂质含量越大,两种催化剂活性影响也越大。该实验为正确使用粗甲醇生产甲醛提供了科学依据。 The effects of impurities of Fe^2+ and S^2- in methanol on the activation of the catalyst in catalytic oxidation producing formaldehyde has been investigated by the synthesis of formaldehyde. Experiment results showed that electrolytic silver catalyst and Fe - Mo catalyst had little effect when the impurities of Fe^2+ and S^2- in methanol lowing. The impurities concentration of Fe^2+ and S^2- in methanol was increased by 1.3 × 10^-2g/L and 1.7 × 10^ -2 g/L, the activation of electrolytic silver and Fe - Mo catalyst was significant decreased, but Fe - Mo catalyst had little infuence than elctrolytic silver. With moro the impurities concentration of Fe^2+ and S^2- in methanol, the activation of two catalyst had a great effect. The experiment provided a scientific basis to methanol oxiation for formaldehyde.
