摘要
为真实反映齿轮数据模型和快速实现齿轮建模,以汽车齿轮齿条式转向器的齿轮为研究对象,应用齿轮啮合原理、刀具切削原理和范成法求解齿廓曲线方程。利用虚拟设计技术,对UG软件进行二次开发,从而实现了齿轮的自动精确建模。
Considers the accurate reflection of the data model and quick realization of the gear modeling.By studying on an automobile rack and pinion steering gear,combined with the gear meshing theory and cutting principle,and using generating method,the gear profile curve equations are solved.The automatic and accurate gear modeling is realized by using virtual design technology and the secondary development based on UG.
