摘要 高速卷绕头筒管夹头是结构复杂的细长悬臂高速旋转系统,其设计和动态性能问题是研发新型高速卷绕头的关键。采用SolidWorks、ADAMS、ANSYS软件的协同建模和仿真技术,研究建立了刚性和柔性体耦合、具有多处柔性支承、可以变质量和变转速仿真的筒管夹头系统虚拟样机模型,实现不同操作工况和设计参数下的高速卷绕头筒管夹头系统动态仿真实验和分析,为设计研究新型高速卷绕头提供了有效手段。 The bobbin chuck of high-speed winder is a complex slender cantilever and high-speed rotational system.Its design and dynamic performance have been the key technology of developing new winders.Uses the collaborative modeling technology of SolidWorks,ADAMS and ANSYS to establish the virtual prototyping of a bobbin chuck system.The model has rigid-flexible coupling structure,several flexible support,and can change mass and angular rate during simulation.Dynamic simulation and analysis of a high-speed bobbin chuck system on multiple operation condition and design parameters are achieved.It provides an effective method for designing and researching new high-speed winders.
