摘要
基于HyperWorks平台对已建立的某新型位标器的高速旋转支撑架模型进行了模态与应力分析,通过模态分析得到该高速旋转结构的固有频率与临界转速,确保该旋转支撑架的转速远离其临界转速,避免共振的产生;通过对高速旋转状态下支撑架结构的应力分析,得到其变形及应力分布情况,从而有效地预测机械结构疲劳破坏,同时为进一步优化该结构提供了设计依据。
Based on HyperWorks the model and stress analysis has been done for the high-speed rotary support frame of a new type seeker,natural frequency and critical speed of the support frame can be got from the analysis,make sure the speed of the support frame far away from the critical speed,avoid resonance happen.Based on the stress analysis of the support frame on high speed status,the deformation and stress distribution can be got,so that the fatigue failure of mechanism can be predicted effectively,meanwhile it provides the design consideration for optimizing the structure.
