摘要
在复杂薄壁零件的多工序高精度加工中,零件的安装质量对其加工精度影响极大。分析复杂薄壁零件多工序加工中安装误差的产生原因,提出面向复杂薄壁零件多工序安装的精密测量和误差补偿技术方案,研制高精度坐标测量装置和高精度直接驱动回转工作台等关键部件。目前该系统已投入实际应用,为解决复杂薄壁零件的多工序安装难题,提供了重要的保障。
In the high-precision processing of the complex thin-wall part,accuracy of the clamping influences the machining precision directly.Analyzed the causation of the clamping deviation of the complex thin-wall part first,and introduces the technical scheme of precision measuring and error compensation for the clamping of complex thin-wall part.Development the critical component like high-accuracy coordinate measuring device and the high-accuracy direct-drive rotary table.This system has been applicated in practice,guaranty the realization to clamping the complex thin-wall part with high-accuracy,in the condition of multi-processing.
