摘要
对高速锻造—等温退火—冷碾工艺过程生产的轴承套圈进行显微组织分析。分析结果表明,与常规工艺制作的轴承套圈相比,在表面氧化脱碳程度、显微组织特别是金属纤维流线分布等方面,该工艺生产的轴承套圈有明显优势,有利于制造高性能轴承套圈。
Microstructure of the high speed forged bearing ring after isothermal annealing and cold rolling was investigated by optical microscopy.The results show that the bearing ring has obvious advantages compared with that processed in traditional way,which has less surface decarburization,finer microstructure and preferable fiber streamline distribution.It is suitable to manufacture high-performance bearing ring.
