高温球阀阀芯阀座表面处理及其性能评价 被引量:1

Surface treatment and property evaluation on ball and seat of high temperature ball valve

摘要 针对球阀的失效原因,采用等离子喷涂技术和电刷镀技术分别对阀芯、阀座进行了表面处理,并从配对的耐磨损性能,阀芯涂层的显微硬度、结合强度和抗热震性能方面进行了评价。结果表明,处理后的阀芯和阀座的耐磨损性能明显提高;其中,由等离子喷涂Al2O3-TiO2金属陶瓷涂层的阀芯、电刷镀NiW镀层的阀座组成的配对综合性能最好。 Taking the reason caused the ball valve failure,the valve ball was sprayed by plasma spraying technology,and the valve seat were screened and brush plated by electrical brush technology.The abrasion wear properties of the pairs were evaluated,and the microhardness,bonding strength and thermal shock property of the ball coatings were also tested.The results indicate that abrasion wear properties are improved after the pairs being surface treatments,and the sealing pair composed of the valve ball with the plasma sprayed Al2O3-TiO2 coating and the valve seat with the brush plated Ni-W layer has the best comprehensive property.
