摘要
选用一系列热处理工艺对新型CuNiCoCrBe槽楔铜合金进行强化,研究了其在热处理过程中性能和组织的变化规律。研究表明,CuNiCoCrBe铜合金获得较好综合性能的热处理工艺是:950℃×1.5 h固溶+490℃×3 h时效,其硬度达到264 HB,导电率е达到56.90%IACS,能够满足槽楔铜合金使用要求。
Strengthening process tests were carried out on CuNiCoCrBe alloy used for slot wedge in turbo-generator rotor.The results show that after 950 ℃ × 1.5 h solution and 490 ℃ × 3 h aging,a preferable comprehensive performance of the alloy can be obtained with hardness of 264 HB and electrical conductivity of 56.90%IACS.It can meet the service requirement of slot wedge copper alloy.
