摘要
采用图像分析仪和电子拉伸试验机研究了正火处理对中厚板偏析断口组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:正火处理后的中厚板,偏析断口缺陷得到改善,伸长率和-20℃冲击功升高,屈服强度略有降低。在保证中厚板力学性能符合GB/T 714—2008前提下,提出钢铁企业可以采用正火处理的方法对具有偏析断口缺陷的中厚板进行大规模性能挽救。
Effects of normalizing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of segregated fracture surface of medium and heavy plate were evaluated through image analysis and electronic tensile testing.The results show that the normalizing can improve segregated fracture defects,the elongation and impact work increase significantly and the yield strength decreases slightly.Under the condition of the mechanical properties of medium and heavy plate is fit for the standard of GB/T 714—2008,normalizing is a retrieval measure to medium and heavy plate with segregated fracture defects in a large scale.
