摘要
对2Cr11MoVNbN汽轮机用钢进行了热处理工艺试验、力学性能测试和显微组织观察。结果表明,采用1060℃奥氏体化、用11%AQ251水溶性淬火剂冷却、640℃回火,能使2Cr11MoVNbN马氏体钢获得良好的综合力学性能,且高温持久时间相对于性能要求高出20%以上,可满足高温环境使用要求,彻底解决了该部件高温强度不够、持久时间过短的问题。
Heat treatment experiment was carried out on 2Cr11MoVNbN steel for steam turbine,the mechanical properties were tested and the microstructure was also observed.Results show that austenized at 1060 ℃ and quenched with 11%AQ251 quenchant,then tempered at 640 ℃,a preferable comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel can be obtained with 20% higher creep rupture life than that of the requirement which can meet service requirement in high temperature.The problem of low creep rupture strength and short creep rupture life is completely solved.
