胰腺结核一例

摘要【病例】男，35岁。因皮肤、巩膜黄染伴皮肤瘙痒25d入院。发病以来无腹痛，无发热、盗汗。无结核病史。查体：皮肤、巩膜明显黄染，浅表淋巴结未触及；腹平软，未触及明显包块，全腹无压痛及反跳痛，移动性浊音阴性，肠鸣音正常。
