微波改性锆-铝柱撑膨润土对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附 被引量:5

摘要 以膨润土为原料,通过微波辐射加热法制备锆-铝柱撑膨润土(MZAPB)吸附剂,研究了MZAPB加入量、溶液pH、吸附时间、温度等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附效果的影响。研究结果表明:当溶液初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为25mg/L、MZAPB加入量为10g/L、溶液pH为5.6、吸附温度25℃、吸附时间为60 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达到98%以上;MZAPB对含Cr(Ⅵ)模拟废水具有较好的处理效果且在60 min内达到Cr(Ⅵ)吸附平衡;吸附等温线可以用Langmuir方程进行较好的拟合。 The zirconium-aluminum pillared bentonite (MZAPB) adsorbent was prepared from bentonite by microwave heating, and its effects on Cr ( Ⅵ) adsorption were studied. The results show that: When the initial Cr(Ⅵ) mass concentration is 25 mg/L, the MZAPB dosage is 10 g/L, the solution pH is 5.6, the adsorption temperature is 25℃ and the adsorption time is 60 rain, the Cr ( Ⅵ ) removal rate is over 98% ; The treatment effect of the simulated Cr(Ⅵ) -containing wastewater is good and the Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption equilibrium can be achieved in 60 rain; The adsorption isotherm is accordant with Langmuir equation.
