钛酸锶催化超声降解甲基橙 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钛酸锶催化剂,考察了溶液pH、钛酸锶加入量、双氧水加入量、V_2O_5掺杂量等因素对钛酸锶超声降解甲基橙效果的影响。实验结果表明:当溶液pH为2.00、钛酸锶加入量为1.0g/L、双氧水加入量为10.0mL/L、反应120 min时,甲基橙降解率可达98.20%;V_2O_5的掺杂可显著提高钛酸锶的催化性能,掺杂10%V_2O_5的钛酸锶催化剂催化超声降解反应20 min时甲基橙的降解率是纯钛酸锶的两倍。 Strontium titanate catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The factors affecting ultrasound degradation of methyl orange were studied. The experimental results show that: When the solution pH is 2.00, the dosage of strontium titanate is 1.0 g/L, the dosage of H2O2 is 10.0 mL/L and the reaction time is 120 min, the degradation efficiency of methyl orange can reach 98.20% ; The catalytic capability of strontium titanate can be improved significantly by addition of Ve 05 , and after 20 min of reaction, the degradation efficiency of methyl orange by strontium titanate doped with 10% V2O5 is 2 times that by pure strontium titanate.
