部分国产白肋烟与津巴布韦、马拉维及美国白肋烟的分析比较

Comparison of Some Domestic and Zimbabwe ,Malawi,American Burley

对部分国产白肋烟与津巴布韦、马拉维和美国白肋烟的质量进行了比较分析。比较结果认为：在外观质量方面，国产白肋烟的叶片组织尚不够疏松；燃烧性方面较差，主要是钾含量偏低，硫酸根含量偏高，导致有机钾指数偏低，而且灰分也偏低；在吸湿性方面，国产白肋烟的吸湿速度慢，平衡含水率低；在化学成分方面，国产白肋烟的氮碱比严重失调，烟碱含量明显偏高，而总氮含量明显偏低，氨态碱、蛋白氮及烟丝水浸液ｐＨ值也偏低；在感官质量方面，与美国白肋烟相比质量明显不佳，表现为香气特征不够明显，香气量不足，烟气单薄欠细腻丰满，强度偏大、呛刺感较强，凝聚性较弱，特征香气回味短少。

The characteristics of some domestic burley and some Zimbabwe,Malawi,American burley were studied.Results showed that the domestic burley:(1)leaf texture was not open enough.(2)the combustibility was poor because of low organic potassium index and low ash.(3)the moisture absorption rate and the equilibrium moisture content was low.(4)total nitrogen/nicotine ratio was not suitable because of high nicotine and pH were all low.(5)the smoking quality with poor aroma harshness.
