用盐析法从烟末中提取果胶的研究

Extracting pectin from tobacco dust by salting out

研究了用盐析法从烟末中提取果胶，通过正交实验，对提取条件进行了探讨。试验表明，用水萃取烟末中果胶时，萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取液用量及萃取液ｐＨ值都对果胶产量有一定影响；盐析法从１０ｇ烟末中提取果胶较为适宜的条件是：萃取温度为９０～１００℃、萃取时间为１．５ｈ、萃取液用量为１００ｍｌ及萃取液ｐＨ值为１．

The technology of extracting pectin from tobacco dust by the way of salting out through the method of experiments of orthogonal matrix was studied. The tests showed the suitable conditions of extracting pectin (extraction temperature:90 to 100℃,extraction time:1.5h,extraction solution:100ml,pH 1.0).
