摘要
研究了冠醚(苯并-15冠-5)对烟草根系钾离子运转和气孔开关度的影响。结果表明,冠醚在低浓度下(5×10-4mol·L-1)能显著促进烟草根系对钾离子的吸收。烟叶气孔经5×10-4mol·L-1冠醚溶液处理可明显抑制气孔开放,而经5×10-4mol·L-1冠醚与5×10-2mol·L-1氯化钾混合溶液处理则明显促进气孔开放。通过分析认为,作为高效传递钾离子的人工合成载体。
The effect of crown ethers on root system potassium transport and stomatal opening and closing of tobacco was studied .Results indicated that low concentration 5×10 -4 mol·L -1 , crown ethers obviously promoted the absorption of tobacco root system to potassium and the opening of tobacco stomate was obviously restricted.However,the mixed solution of 5×10 -4 mol·L -1 crown ethers and 5×10 -2 mol·L -1 potassium chloride obviously promoted the opening of stomate.So crown ethers,may be used for potash absorption efficiency agent and transpirom resisting agent of drought in tobacco plant.
