摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 63例大叶性肺炎患儿采用血必净注射液和头孢他啶静脉滴注,及口服千金苇茎汤治疗,疗程2-4周。结果 63例患儿中治愈38例,好转25例,治愈率为60.3%,总有效率为100%。结论中西医结合治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of childhood lobar pneumonia.Methods Sixty-three children with lobar pneumonia were treated by intravenous drip of ＂Xuebijing Injection＂ and Ceftazidime,and oral ＂Qianjin Weijing Decoction＂,with a course of 2～4 weeks.Results After treatment,38 cases were cured and 25 cases were improved;the cure rate was 60.3% and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine is quite effective in the treatment of childhood lobar pneumonia.
