不同产地北沙参中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量分析

Analysis of the contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae from different sources

目的比较10批不同产地、不同批号的北沙参中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。色谱条件:ODS柱(C18250mm×4.6mm);流动相甲醇-水(65:35);检测波长302nm;柱温25℃。结果所建立的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量测定方法线性、重现性、精密度、回收率等均符合样品测定要求。结论不同产地北沙参中的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量差异不显著,但同一产地不同批号药材含量存在一定差异。

Objective To compare the contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae from different sources or different lots.Methods High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was adopted to detect the contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae,chromatography at C18（250mm×4.6mm）,mobile phase at 65∶35,detection wave length at 302nm,column temperature at 25℃.Results HPLC is of excellent linearity,repetition,accuracy and absorption.Conclusion The contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae from different sources are similar,but different from different lots.
