摘要
小麦单籽粒鉴定法( S K C S) 的发明使得对小麦品种间和品种内单籽粒性状的研究成为可能,从而为小麦育种目标性状的制定、品种鉴定及品质评价带来了新的认识和信息。通过对13 个小麦品种( 品系) 单籽粒性状的研究认为,品种内单籽粒含水量存在着较大的变化;单籽粒重量的变幅较为突出,且品种内的变化大于品种间的变化;个别品种籽粒宽度的变异系数较高;关中地区的小麦品种绝大多数为硬质麦,个别品种存在着 籽粒质地不纯的现象;籽粒宽度和籽粒重量具有显著的相关性。
Development of the single-kernel characterization system (SKCS)offers a possibility to study single-kernel character within a variety and between varieties.The single-kernel characters of 13 wheat varieties and strains were tested .The water contents of single kernel within a variety were quite different.The single kernel weight was obviously more variant within a variety than between varieties.The coefficients of variation in kernel width of a few varieties were relatively high.According to the kernel hardness tested with SKCS,most wheat varieties of Guanzhong Area were classified as hard wheat only one variety,Qinmai 12,was classified as a mixture of hard and soft kernels.There was significant correlation between kernel width and kernel weight.
