摘要
SQ315切丝机刀辊测速编码器安装在砂轮移动减速箱中的蜗杆轴上,由于蜗杆轴窜动的干扰,导致测速波动,从而对切丝宽度精度造成影响。为此,对SQ315切丝机刀辊测速编码器的安装位置进行了改进,将编码器安装在刀辊轴上。改进后消除了影响测速的干扰源,确保了切丝宽度的均匀性,切丝宽度的标准偏差由0.043 mm降低为0.028 mm,Cp值由0.78提高到1.2,提高了过程控制能力,有效解决了切丝宽度精度差问题。
The speed encoder for knife drum in SQ315 tobacco cutter was installed on the worm shaft in gearbox for grinding wheel movement, and the accuracy of cut tobacco width was affected by the fluctuation of speed measuring arised from the axial backlash of the worm shaft. Therefore, the encoder was relocated on the shaft of knife drum. By eliminating the source of interference, the consistence of cut tobacco width was ensured, the standard deviation of cut tobacco width reduced from 0. 043 to 0. 028 mm, the value of Cp raised from O. 78 to 1.2.
