基于协调发展度的城市旅游环境质量测评研究——以开封市和洛阳市为例

Evaluation on Urban Tourism Environmental Quality Based on the Coordinated Development Degree:A Case Study of Kaifeng and Luoyang

城市旅游环境质量的高低影响着城市旅游竞争力的大小,因此,对城市旅游环境质量进行测评具有现实意义。文章通过征求专家和旅游者的意见及参考相关文献,构建了一个由旅游景观环境、旅游社会环境、自然生态环境、旅游服务设施环境、旅游地信息环境5个城市旅游环境子系统组成的城市旅游环境质量评价指标体系。综合城市旅游环境各指标发展水平和旅游环境协调发展度两方面考虑,通过确定指标权重、获取单项指标评分、构建协调发展度矩阵等步骤以测定出城市旅游环境质量等级。文章最后对开封市和洛阳市的城市旅游环境质量进行了测评,得出开封市旅游环境质量水平是中等偏下,洛阳市旅游环境质量水平是中等。

Tourism environmental quality of a city affects its tourist competition. So, it is of great practical significance to evaluate the quality of tourism environment of a city. Based on references and seeking advices from the experts and tourists, this paper tries to make a quality evaluation system consisting of 5 city tourism environment subsystems, such as tourism sights environment, tourism social environment, tourism natural environment, tourism service facilities environment, tourism information environment. Considering the development level of tourism environment indexes and the coordinated development degree, the author have measured the quality rate of city tourism environment by determining the index weight, obtaining the grade of individual index and building a matrix of the coordinated development degree. In the end, the author makes a practical evaluation for the tourism environmental quality in Kaifeng and Luoyang. The result shows that the tourism environmental quality rate of Kaifeng is below average, but Luoyang is moderate.
