摘要
筛选和诱变选育了肉桂色曲霉高产转移葡萄糖苷酶突变株32号,其转化底物生成异麦芽寡糖的产量比原株3.479提高了约一倍,达到66%。达到国际专利报道的先进水平。
Mutant strain 32 with high yield of transglucosidase was obtained from Aspergillus cinamomeus Schiemann by repeated treatment with UV. The transglucosidase from the mutant strain 32 produce two times as much isomalto oligosaccharides as that from their parent strain 3.479 of Aspergillus cinamomeus Schiemann. The yield of isomalto oligosaccharides was increased up to 66%.
