摘要
针对新余钢铁集团有限公司的GK1F、GK1C型机车在运用中出现的轮缘严重偏磨现象,分析了轮缘磨耗产生的原因、影响因素,提出了解决措施。这些措施有助于减少轮缘偏磨,延长走行公里数。
Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.'s GK1F and GK1C diesel locomotive presented the serious one-side flange wear phenomenon in use.The causes and influencing factors of wheel flange wear were analysed,and some countermeasures for it were proposed,which can help to reduce one-side flange wear and to increase running kilometers.
