摘要 为了研究超声波再生活性炭时实验条件对再生效果的影响,用甲基橙模拟染料废水,将吸附饱和的活性炭进行超声波再生处理。通过改变超声波功率、再生液的pH值、超声处理时间和芬顿试剂浓度等影响因素,对不同再生条件下再生液的脱色率和碘值进行评价。实验结果表明,超声波再生活性炭时在超声波功率220W、再生液pH=1、超声处理时间120 s和芬顿试剂的浓度为6.0 mmol/L的条件下,再生效果最好。 To study the effect of experiment conditions of activated carbon of ultrasonic on the regeneration, the activated carbon by adsorption saturation of methy orange dye wastewater were treated by ultrasound. By changing the ultrasonic power, the pH value of renewable solution, the ultrasonic processing time and fenton reagent concentration, the decolorization rate and the iodine value were evaluated under different regeneration conditions. The results show that the best regeneration effect of activated carbon were the ultrasonic power 220W, the pH value of renewable liquid 1, the ultrasound treatment 120s and the concentration of Fenton's reagent 6.0mmol / L.
