摘要
叙述了玻璃溶液浓度、发泡剂加入量、液滴炉各温区温度和抽气速度等因素对制备空心玻璃微球壁厚的影响,确定了制备1 μm 以下超薄壁空心玻璃微球的工艺条件。
The effects of solid concentration in the glass forming solution, concentration of the blowing agent, temperature distribution in the liquid droplet furnace and flow rate of the purge gas on the wall thickness of micro glass balloons are presented. The process for producing the micro glass balloons with wall thickness less than 1 μm is developed.
