摘要
叙述了氢气还原金属氧化物的过程、装置和工艺过程。研究了若干种氧化物的还原温度和还原时间对还原效率的影响。采用特殊的滚轧技术，将还原的金属制备成较薄的靶膜。
The principle and the apparatus of hydrogen reduction of metal oxides are described. The relations of reduction efficiency with the temperature and the time are measured. The optimum reduction conditions are obtained. The resultant metals are melted with electron gun and are rolled into thin foils.
