摘要
以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺热敏功能材料为单体,核径迹微孔膜为基材,利用过氧化预辐照接枝技术,研制能控制开关、调节微粒筛分的热敏智能径迹膜。亚微米级接技敏感径迹孔只需极薄的热敏层,溶胀与收缩速度迅速,使对温度开关响应更为灵敏。
Using N-isopropylacryl-amide (NIPAAm) thermo-sensitive function material asmonomer and nuclear track microporous membrane (NTMM) as baseline material, athermo-senstitive intelligent track membrane (TsITM) has been prepared by theover-oxidization and pre-irradiation grafting techniques. The TsITM can be used tomake a micro-switch controled by temperature and to adjust particle screening andosmosis. To obtain sul--micron responsive grafted track pores only a very thinthermo--sensitive layer is needed. The TsITM pores are capable of swelling andshrinking rapidly and respond more sensitively to temperature.
