摘要 采用Gleeble-1500对高强船板A36钢种进行了热模拟研究,通过分析在不同温度下的高温力学性能和断口形貌,得知高强船板A36钢种在600℃至熔点范围内,存在两个脆性温度区,即1330℃至熔点的第Ⅰ脆性温度区和600~1000℃的第Ⅲ脆性温度区。A36钢种在第Ⅲ脆性温度区的脆化原因是由钢中AlN、NbCN等质点的析出引起奥氏体单相区的脆化导致。 The high temperature mechanical properties of high strength ship plate-A36 had been investigated by Gleeble 1500 hot simulator.By analyzing high temperature mechanical properties and the morphology of fracture at different temperatures,the test results showed that there were two temperature areas of brittleness for high strength ship plate-A36 in 600℃ to the melting points,the first temperature area of brittleness(Ⅰ)is 1330℃ to the melting points,and the second temperature area of brittleness(Ⅲ)is 600~1000℃。The reason why A36 is brittle in the temperature area of brittleness(III)was that the brittleness of Austenite single phase region was caused by the precipitation of particles in steel,such as AlN、NbCN and so on.
