摘要
目的测定IL-2的含量。方法本文采用考马斯亮蓝法对IL-2靶向5-FUR前药脂质体中的IL-2进行了含量测定,在波长595nm处测定吸光度。结果试验表明IL-2含量在1~100μg/ml范围内,该法的实测值与吸光度间呈良好线性关系,稳定性、重复性均好,批内与批间试验差异无统计学意义(CV<6.6%)。结论与BCA法测定IL-2相比,考马斯亮蓝法更简便、迅速。
Objective To determine the content of IL-2.Methods The content of IL-2 from IL-2 target 5-FUR prodrug liposome was determined by the dying method with Coomassie brillant blue,measuring the absorbency on 595 nm.Results The result showed that there was a good linearity relation between the absorbency and the content of IL-2 in the range of 1-100 μg/ml.The method was stability and reproducibility.The essay of interior or between batchs was not different obviously(CV6.6%).Conclusion The dying method with coomassie brilliant blue is more convenient and fast to contrast with the method of BCA.
