摘要
188Re-硫化铼混悬液是由Na2S2O3和KReO4以及Na188ReO4在酸性溶液中反应制得188Re-硫化铼沉淀,加入PVP超声5min后获得。其放化产率>96%,体外稳定性研究表明3d内大于99%的188Re以硫化铼的形式存在,颗粒度主要为1~5μm。采取瘤内直接注射法将混悬液直接注入荷瘤鼠肿瘤(S-180肉瘤)内,放射性在瘤内3d的保持率约为90%。用生理盐水或非放硫化铼混悬液作对照组,结果表明188Re-硫化铼对肿瘤抑制率达96%。
Re rhenium sulfide suspension is formed by acid reduction of Na 2S 2O 3 in the
presence of KReO 4 including Na 188 ReO 4. The radiochemical yield is more than 96%.
The in vitro stability studies reveal that more than 99% of 188 Re remains in sulfide form
in 3 days. The major particle size is 1~5 μm. 188 Re rhenium sulfide suspension is
injected into tumors of mice and the tumor b ea ring mice are killed in certain interval. The
results of the biodistribution stu dy show that the mean retention percentages of 188 Re in
tumors are about 90% in 3 days. Compared with the control which is injected the inactive r
henium sulfide suspension or normal saline, the tumor inhibiting ratio by intra tumor injection
of 188 Re rhenium sulfide suspension is about 96% .
