摘要
煤灰黏度是动力用煤和气化用煤的重要指标,而煤灰黏度的大小与煤灰中的化学成分有着十分密切的关系,故针对煤灰化学组成对其黏度的影响进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,影响煤灰黏度的主要成分是二氧化硅、氧化铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钙及氧化镁。随着二氧化硅和氧化铝含量的增加,其最高黏度值增大,而随三氧化铁、氧化钙及氧化镁含量的增加,其最高黏度值减小。
Ash viscosity is an important index of steam coal and gasification-used coal,and there is close relation between ash viscosity and ash composition.The experiments are designed to study the influences of ash composition on its viscosity.The results show that the main compositions influencing the viscosity were SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,CaO and MgO.With the increasemant SiO2 Al2O3 content,the highest viscosity value increases,and with increasement of Fe2O3,CaO and MgO content,the highest viscosity value decreases.
