金鸡岩洗煤厂商品煤硫分偏高的原因分析及对策

Reason analysis and countermeasure of higher sulfur content in the commercial coal in Jinjiyan Coal Preparation Plant

针对矿井毛煤赋存条件的变化及入洗原煤硫分逐年增高的现状,分析了金鸡岩洗选厂近年来外销商品煤硫分偏高的原因,提出了通过合理配采、优化入洗配比、增设压滤机等降低硫分的解决措施。

According to occurrence condition change of gross coal and status of higher sulfur content in raw coal in recent years,the reasons of higher sulfur content in the commercial coal in Jinjiyan coal preparation plant were analyzed.Solving measures of reducing sulfur content,such as reasonable mining,optimizing washing ratio,installation of filter press etc.,were proposed.
