选煤厂重介管路耐磨材料简介及选用

The introduction and selection of the wear-resistant material used for the heavy medium pipeline in coal preparation plant

介绍了重介选管路常用耐磨材料以及各种耐磨材料复合内衬的耐磨管制造工艺,并对重介系统管路的磨损进行了分析,指出对磨损严重的三通、弯头等管件使用氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合管,对磨损程度低的直管则使用超高分子量聚乙烯复合内衬耐磨管,从而延长了重介选煤系统耐磨管路的使用寿命,降低了管路系统的运行成本,减少了检修和材料消耗。

The wear-resistant Material used in heavy medium coal preparation pipeline and the production technology of wear-resistant Material lined pipes were introduced,and the abrasion of the heavy medium coal preparation pipelines was analysed.It indicated that the Al2O3-Ceramic inner lined pipes should be used in pipe tee and bend where there was more serious abrasion,the super high molecular weight PVA inner lined pipes were used in straight pipeline where there was less abrasion.The results showed that the service life of the Wear-resistant pipe used in heavy medium coal preparation pipeline was enhanced,the operation cost of the pipeline system was decreased,the consumption of the maintenance cost and the material was reduced.
