核磁共振检查对经蝶入路切除大型垂体腺瘤的意义

The signification about the MRI examination to transsphenoidal microoperation on large pituitary adenomas

目的 探讨核磁共振 (MRI)检查对经蝶入路切除大型垂体腺瘤的意义。方法 69例大型、巨大型垂体腺瘤 ,男性 4 1例 ,女性 2 8例。术前均行MRI检查测量 ,所有病人经蝶进行显微手术。结果 本组肿瘤全切除 5 6例 ,占 81 2 %。结论 MRI检查对大型、巨大型垂体腺瘤采用经蝶显微手术十分有帮助 。

Objective The significance about the MRI examination to transsphenoidal microoperation on large pituitary adenomas was studied. Methods 69 cases of large and huge pituitary adenomas, 41 males and 28 females, were operated on through transsphenoidal microoperation and MRI examination and analyses were processed before operation. Results In 56 adenoma cases tumors were totally removed (81 2%). Conclusion MRI examination of large and huge pituitary adenomas is very helpful for transsphenoidal microoperation. It still is a practicable method of surgery.
