摘要
近年来,大量地方小电厂的陆续建成,给电网的运行带来了不利影响。针对地方小电厂并网的110 kV及以下线路和变压器,探讨并网线路和变压器的保护配置方案,详细阐述并网线路保护整定原则和变压器相间、接地等后备保护整定计算原则,较好的消除地方小电厂对电网的消极影响,确保电网及小电厂安全稳定运行。
The growth of small-scale local power plants makes the transmission system complicated and degrades safety of power system operation.Those local power plants mainly connect with the system through 110 kV transmission lines or transformers.In this paper,the protection schemes for the transmission lines and transformers to which local power plants connect are discussed,and the principles of settings calculation for these line protection and transformer backup protection are expounded.Meanwhile,suggestions are put forward to ease the negative effects on power system and enhance the system stability.
