米非司酮应用于异位妊娠的保守治疗

Mifepristone for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的：探讨米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的作用。方法：对１６例未破裂输卵管妊娠患者分别口服米非司酮５０ｍｇ，每天２次，共６次。分别于服药前后隔天测定血βｈＣＧ观察。结果：有１４例患者单纯服米非司酮后保守治疗有效，有效率８７．５％。血βｈＣＧ下降到正常所需时间为５～１１ｄ。盆腔肿块消失时间为０．３～１．５个月。结论：口服米非司酮可用于异位妊娠的保守治疗。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of mifepristone for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Sixteen patients of unruptured salpingocyesis were treated with mifepristone(50 mg) twice a day for 3 days.And their serum β hCG were detected before and every other day after administration.Results:Fourteen cases(87.5%) were successfully treated.The serum β hCG returned to normal in 5 to 11 days and the pelvic mass disappeared in 0.3 to 1.5 months.Conclusions:Oral mifepriston is useful for ectopic pregnancy.
