HPLC测定白加黑中盐酸伪麻黄碱和氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量

Determination of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in baijiahei by HPLC

目的：测定白加黑中盐酸伪麻黄碱和氢溴酸右美沙的含量。方法：采用苯基键合硅胶柱；流动相为乙腈－水－磷酸（４０∶６０∶０．１），其中每１０００ｍｌ该溶液中加入十二烷基硫酸钠（ＳＤＳ）４．０ｇ；以盐酸萘甲唑啉为内标；检测波长为２２４ｎｍ；流速为１．０ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１。结果：盐酸伪麻黄碱线性范围０．２２５～１．１２５ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１，平均回收率为１００．２３％，ＲＳＤ＝０．６９％（ｎ＝７）；氢溴酸右美沙芬线性范围０．１１２～０．５６０ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１，平均回收率为９９．８１％，ＲＳＤ＝０．９５％，（ｎ＝７）。结论：方法简便，结果准确。

OBJECTIVE:To develope a HPLC method for determination of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in Baijiahei.METHODS:Chromatographic conditions included Nova pak Phenyl column and the mobile phase consisting of a minxture of acetomitrile water phosphoric acid (40∶60∶0.1).There are four grams dodecylsulfate Na per litre of the mobile phase.Naphazoline hydrochloride was selected as the internal standard.Detection wavelength was at 224nm.The flow rate was 1ml·min -1 .RESULTS:The standard curve of Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear ever the range of 0.225～1.125mg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 100.23% with RSD =0.69%( n =7).The standard curve of dextromethorphan hydrobromide was linear over the range of 0.112～0.560mg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 99.81% with RSD =0.95% ( n =7).CONCLUSION:This method was found to be simple and accurate.
