摘要
目的:测定白加黑中盐酸伪麻黄碱和氢溴酸右美沙的含量。方法:采用苯基键合硅胶柱;流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(40∶60∶0.1),其中每1000ml该溶液中加入十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)4.0g;以盐酸萘甲唑啉为内标;检测波长为224nm;流速为1.0ml·min-1。结果:盐酸伪麻黄碱线性范围0.225~1.125mg·ml-1,平均回收率为100.23%,RSD=0.69%(n=7);氢溴酸右美沙芬线性范围0.112~0.560mg·ml-1,平均回收率为99.81%,RSD=0.95%,(n=7)。结论:方法简便,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE:To develope a HPLC method for determination of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in Baijiahei.METHODS:Chromatographic conditions included Nova pak Phenyl column and the mobile phase consisting of a minxture of acetomitrile water phosphoric acid (40∶60∶0.1).There are four grams dodecylsulfate Na per litre of the mobile phase.Naphazoline hydrochloride was selected as the internal standard.Detection wavelength was at 224nm.The flow rate was 1ml·min -1 .RESULTS:The standard curve of Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear ever the range of 0.225~1.125mg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 100.23% with RSD =0.69%( n =7).The standard curve of dextromethorphan hydrobromide was linear over the range of 0.112~0.560mg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 99.81% with RSD =0.95% ( n =7).CONCLUSION:This method was found to be simple and accurate.
