锁阳多糖对运动训练大鼠睾酮含量、物质代谢与运动能力的影响 被引量:31

Effect of Cynomrium songaricum Rupr polysaccharide on testosterone content,substance metabolism and exercise capacity in rats of exercise training

摘要 探讨锁阳多糖对运动训练大鼠血睾酮、物质代谢和运动能力的影响,为锁阳多糖在运动医学中的应用提供实验依据.选取SD雄性大鼠40只,体重180~220 g,随机分为安静对照组8只(A组)、运动训练组(B组)16只、运动+锁阳多糖16(C组)只.在最后一次训练后,B和C组分别分成B1、B2和C1、C2两组:B1、C1不进行力竭运动训练组,B2组和C2组进行力竭运动,测定其运动至力竭的时间.A组B1组和C1组在安静状态下同时取材,测定血睾酮等生物化学指标.结果显示:与安静对照组相比,运动训练使大鼠血睾酮含量均有所下降,皮质酮含量上升,运动变化幅度大于运动+锁阳多糖组,运动训练组大鼠血睾酮含量下降29.96%(P<0.01)、皮质酮含量上升25.48%(P<0.01)及T/C值下降44.12%(P<0.01);运动+锁阳多糖组大鼠血睾酮含量下降1.86%(P>0.05)、皮质酮含量上升3.46%(P>0.05)及T/C值下降5.88%(P<0.05).与运动训练组大鼠比较,运动+锁阳多糖组大鼠血睾酮含量上升40.12%(P<0.01)、皮质酮含量下降17.55%(P<0.01)及T/C值上并68.42%(P<0.01);运动+锁阳多糖组大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原的含量高于运动训练组,分别比运动训练组大鼠高30.30%(P<0.01)和27.27%(P<0.05).与运动训练组比较,运动+锁阳多糖组大鼠血尿素含量下降20.55%(P<0.05),肌酐含量高于运动训练组5.33%(P<0.05),血红蛋白(haemoglobin,Hb)含量上升28.72%(P<0.05).运动+锁阳多糖组大鼠运动至力竭的时间比运动训练组延长了27.24%(P<0.05).表明锁阳多糖可以提高运动训练大鼠血睾酮含量,增加糖原、肌糖原贮备,减少蛋白质降解,延长大鼠跑台至力竭时间,具有抗疲劳作用. The effect of Cynomrium songaricum Rupr polysaccharide on testosterone content,substance metabolism and exercise capacity in rats of movement training were studied.In order to provide experimental evidence and application in sports medicine.SD male rats 40,weight 180~220 g,were randomly divided into sedentary control group(A with 8),exercise training group(B with 16) and exercise + Cynomrium songaricum Rupr polysaccharide(CSRP)group(C with 16).After the last training,B group and C group were divided into B1、B2 and C1、C2 groups.B2 and C2 group takes the exhaustive exercise and the exhaustive exercise time was determined.Rats of A group、B1 group and C1 group be drawn in resting state,determination of serum testosterone and other biochemical indicators.The results showed that compared with sedentary control group,exercise training in rats are decreased serum testosterone levels,increased corticosterone levels,exercise training group bigger than exercise+CSRP group,exercise training group decreased serum testosterone 29.96%(P〈0.01),corticosterone levels increased 25.48%(P〈0.01) and T/C value decreased 44.12%(P〈0.01);exercise+CSRP group testosterone decreased 1.86%(P〉0.05),corticosterone levels increased 3.46%(P〈0.05) and T/C value decreased 5.88%(P〈0.05).Compared with exercise training group,exercise+CSRP group increased serum testosterone levels 40.12%(P〈0.01),corticosterone decreased 17.55%(P〈0.01) and T/C value on,and 68.42%(P〈0.01);exercise+CSRP group glycogen,muscle glycogen content was higher than movement training group,exercise training group were higher than 30.30%(P〈0.01) and 27.27%(P〈0.05).Compared with exercise training,exercise+CSRP group decreased blood urea 20.55%(P〈0.05),creatinine levels higher than the exercise training group 5.33%(P〈0.05),hemoglobin content increased 28.72%(P〈0.05).Exercise+CSRP group exhaustive exercise time than exercise training group extended the 27.24%(P〈0.05).Showed that CSRP can increase the testosterone concentration in blood of exercise training rats,increase in glycogen,muscle glycogen reserve,reduce protein degradation,extending the time of treadmill to exhaustion,with anti-fatigue function.
