摘要
GB/T 21304—2007《小麦硬度的测定硬度指数法》中对样品的清理只规定清除破损粒,而破损粒仅仅是不完善粒中的一种;本试验选用软质、硬质和混合三类小麦将各种不同的不完善粒按1.0%~8.0%的比例添加到完整粒的小麦样品中,使用JYDB100-40型小麦硬度测定仪进行系统的分析研究。结果表明,在GB 1351—2008国家标准规定的不完善粒不超过8%范围内,不完善粒含量的多少对硬度指数测定值没有显著影响,测定结果均在GB/T 21304—2007规定的允许误差范围内,证明了硬度指数主要受基因突变影响的机理,但硬度指数与小麦胚乳的完整性关系如何,有待进一步研讨。
The GB/T 21304--2007 "Determination of wheat hardness-Hardness index method"specifies only the removal of the broken kernels for sample, however the broken kernels is only one of the unsound kernels. This test used three types of soft, hard and mixed wheat, and the unsound kernels were added into wheat sample of perfect kernel according to 1.0% 8.0% proportion; and used the JYDB100--40 wheat hardness tester for systematic analysis and study. The results showed that the unsound kernels amount within 8 % specified in the national standard GB 1351--2008 had no remarkable affect onthe measured values of hardness index; the measured results were within the permissible error range specified in GB/T 21304--2007, which demonstrated that the wheat hardness index was affected mainly by the gene mutation mechanism. But, it needs the further study on the relationship between the wheat hardness index and its endosperm integrality.
