摘要
在工业控制领域,时钟同步精度是影响工业以太网实时性的一个重要因素。为了满足工业以太网对时钟同步的高精度要求,本文对IEEE1588精确时间同步协议进行了研究,阐述了该算法实现高精度同步的原理,并针对以太网通讯路径不对称的情况,提出了一种同步改进算法,通过对同步延迟计算进行加权修正,提高了时钟同步精度。最后,在自行设计的测试系统中进行了测试,测试结果表明,改进算法有效提高了路径不对称条件下的时钟同步精度。
In the field of industrial control, clock synchronization precision is an important factor that affects the realtime performance of the industrial Ethernet. In order to satisfy the request for precise clock synchronization in the industrial Ethernet, this paper conducts the research to the IEEE1588 highprecision time synchronization protocol, carries on the elaboration to the principle of highprecision synchronization, proposes the corresponding improvement algorithm for asymmetric communication paths. Finally, the algorithm is tested in a selfdesigned system. The results of test show that the improved algorithm can effectively increase the clock synchronization accuracy under asymmetric communication paths.
