摘要
根据竹炭纤维与棉纤维混纺纱线的特点设计了不同的针织物组织,确定了合适的染前处理和染色工艺,并通过测试不同组织针织物的各项服用性能,包括悬垂性、透气性、吸湿排汗性和顶破强力,比较后认为,纬平针组织具有良好的透气性和悬垂性,其他性能也符合规定要求,由此开发出了具有良好负离子释放功能以及穿着舒适的针织产品。
In this paper, knitting stitches and their suitable processing technologies in pretreatment and dyeing are designed and determined based on the characters of the bamboo - charcoal fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn. Through performances testing induding drape, air permeability, moisture absorption and sweat releasing and bursting strength of the different knitting stitches, it proves that plain weft stitch is of good air permeability and drape with all other performances meeting the demand. And thus new knitting product of wearing comfort and good negative ion releasing is developed.
