摘要
推导了环锭纱截面纤维根数的计算公式,并用实际生产中常用、有代表性的20种纯棉环锭纱截面纤维根数实测数据进行修正,从而得到精度较高的纱线截面纤维根数计算公式,使用时把纱线特数、捻度和纤维分特数代入公式即可,既实用又方便。在此基础上,建立环锭纱强力预测模型。以实际生产中常用20种环锭纱的特数、捻度和强力数据平均值为依据,推导出纱线特数和捻度对纱线强力的修正函数,以此修正得到强力预测模型。使用此预测模型时只需代入纤维分特数、纤维强力、纱线特数和纱线捻度即可计算出纱线强力。
A calculation formula of fiber number on cross - section of ring - spun yarn is deduced theoretically, which is being verified with the tested data of 20 representative pure cotton ring spun yarns. A predication formula with high precision for calculating fiber number on cross - section of ring - spun yarn is obtained. The formula is practical and convenient. It can be used just to substitute yam count, yam twist and fiber decitcx to the formula. On the bases of the above formula, a yarn strength predication model is established. A revising function of yam count and twist to yarn strength is thus deduced based on the tested mean value of strength of the 20 used ring - spun yarns, and it is used to revise the obtained yarn strength predication model. Substituting the fiber decitex, fiber strength, yarn count and yam twist, yarn strength can be precisely calculated by this model.
