摘要
通过分析喷水织机用经纱对浆料的要求及涤纶短纤纱在喷水织机上织造时的上浆要求,确定了涤纶短纤纱上浆所用浆料及多种浆料配方方案。同时,以经纱强力、耐磨性和毛羽指数等指标作为评价上浆效果的依据,对5种浆料配方进行了综合评价,确定较适合的浆料配方为:PVA205MB 49%、聚丙烯酸甲酯49%、氧化淀粉2%。
Through analyzing sizing requirements demanded for warp ends used on water -jet loom and the sizing requirements demanded for polyester spun yarn used on water -jet loom, several sizing instructions for polyester spun yarn are determined. Sizing effect of the five different sizing instructions is evaluated in terms of warp ends strength, abrasion resistance and bairiness index. A better sizing formula is found to be comprised 49% PVA205MB, 49% polymethyl acrylate and 2% oxidized starch.
