摘要
竹炭纤维含有大量对人体有益的微量元素,利用竹炭纤维制成的织物具有超强的吸附、除臭、吸湿排汗、蓄热保暖、抑菌防霉等功能和作用。有效鉴别竹炭纤维,并对竹炭纤维进行准确的定量分析已成为当务之急。文章利用傅里叶红外光谱仪IS10、扫描电子显微镜S-3000N等先进检测设备,以及常规的纤维定性定量分析设备,结合竹炭涤纶纤维的各项物理化学性能,摸索找出了经济可行的竹炭涤纶纤维定性定量检测方法。
Bamboo - charcoal polyester fibres contain a lot of health care microelement. Bamboo - charcoal fabric possess of strong sorption, deodorization, cooldry, warm keeping and bacterial proof. Effective identification and qualitative and quantitative analysis of bamboo - charcoal polyester fiber become more and more important. In this paper, based on various physical and chemical properties of the fiber, some advanced testing instruments, such as fourier transform infrared spectrometer ISIO and scanning electron microscope S -3000N are applied associate with several common fibre qualitative and quantitative analysis equipments to explore an economic qualitative and quantitative testing method of bamboo - charcoal polyester.
