摘要
设计了一种全新的细纱机满纱信号采集装置。该装置包括凸轮和信号采集传感器,凸轮安装在细纱机车头级升撑爪机构下方的蜗轮轴上,信号采集传感器与凸轮的位置相对应,信号采集传感器与控制系统电连接,凸轮采用尼龙材料制作,端部嵌装有一个永磁体,信号采集传感器为干簧管传感器。当细纱机纺纱过程达到满纱位置时,尼龙凸轮端部的永磁体感应干簧管传感器,干簧管传感器发出感应信号并通过控制系统实现细纱机停车。由于干簧管传感器的感应距离大,因此在使用过程中很容易调整,同时干簧管传感器性能稳定,抗干扰性好,使用寿命长,价格低,便于推广。
In this paper, a new spinning full yarn signal acquisition device with cams and sensors is designed. The cams are installed in the worm gear which is under the support shaft claw whilst the position of signal acquisition sensors is corresponding to the cams with the sensors connected electrically to the control system. The cams are made of nylon material with a permanent magnet embedded in the end of the cams, and the signal acquisition sensors are the reed type of sensors, when spinning process reaches full yarn position, the signal from the reed type of sensors enters the control system to have the spinning frame stopped. Due to the great induction distance of the reed type of sensors, it is very easy to adjust. The reed type of sensors also have the following advantages as stable performance, interference resistance, long use life, low price and easy to promote.
