摘要
农业龙头企业作为连接知识创新和产业创新的载体,在农业科技创新中具有重要的带动作用。政府、农业院校和社会各自拥有独特的创新资源:政府能有效弥补在技术创新方面市场失灵的部分,高校拥有高等教育人才和科学知识这两种最具价值资源,社会能提供文化和制度创新氛围和土壤,政府、农业院校、社会都能成为创新的重要推动者。在资源互补前提下,政府、企业、高校、社会多元联合互动的科技创新体系的建构成为必然。农业龙头企业将成为农业科技创新体系的核心。
The leading agricultural enterprise plays a role as a carrier of connection between knowledge innovation and industrial innovation, which has a leading role of great importance in innovation of agricultural science and technology. Government, agricultural institutions and community have unique and innovative resources respectively： government can make up for market failures in technology innovation; agricultural institutions have two most valuable resources, elites with higher education and scientific knowledge; community can provide atmosphere and soil of culture and systems. Therefore they are the significant promoter of innovation. Under the premise of resource complementation, the construction of multi -joint interaction Of scientific and technological innovation system for government, enterprise, institutions and community is necessitated. The leading agricuhural enterprise will be the core of agricultural technology innovation system.
