摘要
以相关统计数据对山东半岛城市群科技综合实力进行定量评价,分析各城市科技竞争力现状,提出加大政府资金的投入力度、实施技术创新工程、提高科研投入产出效益和加强区域间协调与合作等措施,为推动半岛城市群科技工作向纵深发展、进一步发挥科技对经济增长和社会发展的作用、建设创新型区域提供了依据。
This paper quantitatively evaluates the regional overall scientific and technical strength of Shandong Byland cities based on the corresponding index system, and analyzes the present conditions of science and technology development of the district. Measures such as increasing the government fund devotion, carrying out technical innovation, promoting science and technology output profit and reinforcing the regional collaboration are proposed to configure the resources efficiently and compete with the other districts. The evaluation results present a decision - making evidence for promoting the economic and social development and constructing an innovative region by exerting the scientific and technical strength.
