A Study on Port Logistics Supply Chain and its Flexible Operation Mechanism

港口物流实践与理论研究表明,将港口融入供应链体系将成为港口物流研究的新课题。论文综合港口及港口物流理论,提出港口物流供应链概念,分析港口物流供应链实施柔性化运作的内在规律,进而从供应链运作理念、组织形式以及运作流程三个方面构建港口物流供应链柔性化运作机制。

Port logistics practice and theory studies have shown that integrating a port with a supply chain system becomes a new topic of research. This paper, compounding the theory with port and port logistics, is to propose the concept of port logistics supply chain, and then, argue that the implementation of flexible operation is inline with inherent laws of port logistics supply chain. Furthermore, this article is to construct the flexible operation mechanism of port logistics supply chain from the operation idea of supply chains, organizational forms and operation processes.
