摘要
针对G企业的实际,通过关键事件访谈、问卷调查等方法对其技术人员胜任力构建过程进行了个案分析,并通过探索性因素分析得出G企业技术人员胜任力模型。具体包括任务导向、专业敏感性、监控能力、沟通能力、成就导向、全局观念、果断性、创新性、信息寻求九项胜任力。
The keen competition makes power companies need employees with higher capacity. We built a competence model of technical employee by using Behavior Events Interview (BEI) , questionnaire and exploratory factor analysis for G company. The model included nine competenees: mission orientation, professional sensitivity, monitoring ability, communication skills, achievement orientation, global concept, decisiveness, creativity, and information acquisition.
