摘要
根据知识型员工的特点,结合情感管理的相关理论,从企业能够给予知识型员工成就感、稳定感和归属感三个方面进行归纳总结,构建提升知识型员工价值的情感管理模型,从而为企业在实践中管理知识型员工提供了借鉴。
Based on the features of knowledge workers and the theories of emotion management, this paper summarized the knowledge workers' sense of achievement, stability and belongingness, which are given by their enterprises. The paper also proposed an emotion management model for knowledge workers to promote their value. The model developed in this paper can provide guidance for the practice of the management of knowledge workers.
